1. The service
AISiteFix provides AI-generated website analysis and improvement recommendations. Reports are informational — they're our AI's best assessment of your site, not a guarantee of business results. You're responsible for any changes you make to your own website.
2. Scans
By submitting a URL you confirm you own the website or have permission to analyze it. We fetch publicly accessible pages only, the way a normal visitor or search engine would. Scan results are stored so your reports and progress comparisons work.
3. Payments & refunds
Paid reports are one-time purchases processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. All paid reports carry a 14-day money-back guarantee — email support@aisitefix.com with your receipt. The Website Health Membership renews yearly and can be cancelled anytime before renewal.
4. Privacy
We collect the minimum needed to run the service: the URLs you scan, the resulting analyses, and (for purchases) the email you give Stripe at checkout. We don't sell your data, run ad trackers, or email you without a reason. Scan data may be processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your analysis.
5. Fair use
The free scan is for genuine website checks. Automated bulk scanning, scraping our reports, or using the service to harass site owners isn't allowed and may be blocked.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the latest version always lives on this page. Material changes to paid offerings won't affect reports you've already purchased.
