My Story
Why I Built AISiteFix.
From workshops to websites — a story of loss, reinvention, and building practical AI tools that help small businesses stop guessing and start improving.

Founder, AISiteFix

I Did Not Start in Software
My story did not begin with websites, SEO, marketing, or AI.
It started in the trades.
I completed a four-year Fitter and Turner apprenticeship and worked across mining, engineering workshops, and heavy industry throughout the Hunter Valley and Sydney. I understood machines, pressure, deadlines, and what it meant to solve real problems in the real world.

I Started in the Trades
Before AISiteFix, I spent years working in mining, workshops, and heavy industry. That experience shaped how I think: identify the problem, understand the system, and fix what is actually broken.
Then Everything Changed
In 2015, a severe workplace accident left my right hand with only around 10% function.
The career I had spent years building was suddenly gone.
I had two choices: accept it, or build something new.
I chose to build.
I Moved Into Property
After my injury, I moved into residential property. I bought, renovated, and developed properties, and quickly discovered another problem: the industry was incredibly slow.
Council approvals, consultants, building certificates, paperwork, and delays could hold projects up for months or even years.

I Started Building With AI
That frustration pushed me toward technology.
I started teaching myself to code and build AI software. I realised modern AI tools could cut time, cost, and complexity — but only if they were given the right instructions.
That lesson became the foundation for AISiteFix.
Building Inclusable Exposed a Bigger Problem
Before AISiteFix, I built Inclusable — an AI-powered event discovery and ticketing platform focused on accessibility.
While building it, I saw the same issue repeatedly.
Marketing agencies were expensive. Turnaround times were slow. Website reports were often technical, confusing, and hard for business owners to act on.
Small businesses were left guessing what was wrong with their websites, why leads were not converting, and what they actually needed to fix.

Why I Built AISiteFix
AISiteFix was built to remove uncertainty.
We do not replace developers. We replace confusion.
AISiteFix scans a website and turns the issues into a clear, plain-English report that business owners can understand and act on. The goal is simple: help small businesses see what is holding their website back, what needs fixing first, and how to move forward without enterprise-level pricing.
Step 1
Scan your website
Step 2

The Mission Is Simple
My journey has taken me from engineering workshops, to property, to software and AI.
Every step has been driven by the same belief:
Technology should remove barriers, not create them.
That is why I built AISiteFix — to give small business owners access to clear, affordable, enterprise-level website insight without confusing language, slow turnaround, or inflated agency costs.
